|Question:||Can I get the movements of my device to be in sync with the live video?|
|Answer:||The live video and audio streams flow through our network of servers and content delivery networks. We make every effort to reduce the latency of our streams by placing edge servers in close proximity to both our performers and customers.
The device commands for the KIIROO toys flow through a different set of cloud computers operated by KIIROO. From time to time this will result in different amounts of latency between the video and device commands causing things to appear to be out of sync.
Unfortunately there is nothing we can do at the moment to ensure the synchronization of these two items but the KIIROO manufacturers are working on the issue. If you find this to be a problem while enjoying a show please let us know either through our support page or by posting in the interactive forum.
As always, try to reduce other bandwidth intensive applications while enjoying a live show to ensure that your network has the most available bandwidth at the time of your viewing.
